You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our express written permission.
The App may offer in-app purchases for premium features or content. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and conditions.
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in the App Store's refund policy. Prices are subject to change without notice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COUPLE GAMES AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting the App from your device. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Couple Games operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, through the App or via email.
Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Couple Games regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
